Notice is hereby given that the following documents have been approved by Council on 31 March 2025:

• OVERSIGHT REPORT ON 2023/2024 ANNUAL REPORT
• DRAFT REVIEW AND AMENDED INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) FOR 2025/2026
• DRAFT THREE-YEAR BUDGET / MEDIUM-TERM REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK 2025/2026 – 2027/2028

The above documents can be viewed on the municipal website at www.odm.org.za.

Hard copies of the Draft Review and Amended Integrated Development Plan (IDP) for 2025/2026 will be made available for inspection at: • Overberg District Municipality (ODM) head office • District offices of ODM across the region • ODM resorts • Local municipalities in the Overberg • Libraries in the Overberg • Thusong Centres in the Overberg.

Comments, inputs or representation on the Draft Review and Amended Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Draft Three-Year Budget should be sent by no later than 26 April 2025 to:
