The Overberg District Municipality is currently awaiting quotations from prospective service providers for the following:

• Q40-2025: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CAMERAS

Closing Date: Friday, 25 May 2026 @12:00​

A compulsory site meeting with attendance register will be held where the specifications / terms of reference pertaining this contract will be discussed.

Location 1: 11 Recreation Street, Bredasdorp 7280 at 10:00am
Location 2: 01 Fieldway, Caledon 7230 at 14:00pm

NB - Only bids from those who attended the site meeting will be considered (Bidders who have already attended the site inspection session for Q25-2025 are not obligated to attend the upcoming session, as their previous attendance will be recognized).

Quotations submitted by fax, e-mail, or received after the closing time and date shall not be accepted. Quotations may only be submitted on the prescribed official document.
